Dear Pastry Chefs, 
as you will no doubt appreciate, given the Covid-19 emergency, we’re sorry to have to announce that we’ve been forced to postpone the Strudel Cup, the Italian Strudel championship that was due to be held from 16 to 20 April in Folgaria, Trento.

The event has been rescheduled to be held in autumn, in the hope that you’ll turn out in your usual large numbers to do justice to a dessert that celebrates and turns the spotlight on Trento’s tradition.

We’re just pressing pause on the extraordinary work put in by everyone so far, which will come to fruition in the near future. I’d like to thank you all once again for your continued trust and for taking part in our event, and feel confident that together we can rebuild Italy stronger than ever. So it’s not a goodbye, just a see you soon! 🇮🇹
