It’s a triumph of tantalizing flavours, an endless happy hour.

It starts with sandwiches that are always different in every season. Just to mention a few must-haves: pumpkin, sausage and walnuts, artichoke and bottarga, puntarelle roman style and anchovies.

Continue with rice croquettes, mozzarella in carrozza, quiche, toast and salads.  To finish with spiced almonds, sticks and flavoured puff pastry fans paired with fine wines or the most traditional of local aperitifs: the spritz.
