Traditionally served with afternoon tea, our extensive assortment of biscuits draws on Italian tradition, as well as traditions across the border, but with a modern twist, embracing the opportunity to create crunchy, crumbly little biscuits packed with fragrance.

Zaeti, Dutch and chocolate sablé shortbread, Pane Turco almond biscuits, crunchy nut and chocolate croccantino biscuits, cookies, canestrelle, canestrello primitivo: an extensive and ever-evolving collection.

In making our biscuits, not only do we use Italian ingredients of the highest quality, we also make sure we keep an eye on the latest trends, from incorporating wholemeal flours to turning out a Vegan collection, free from milk and milk derivatives.

Our delectable treats come in many shapes and are sure to be a hit at any time of day. Enhanced with spices and genuine flavours, buttery and wonderfully chocolatey, perfect with a cup of tea in our pastry shop, or to take home in our alluring Biasetto packaging.
