BIASETTO MILANESE PANETTONE, 2018’S BEST TRADITIONAL PANETTONE!

Podium top spot for our Milanese Panettone: the “Artisti del Panettone” competition awarded it the title of “best Traditional Panettone 2018”. A contest that sees Italy’s top master pastry chefs vie for the top spot, a competition promoted by Sky and Italian newspaper La Gazzetta to pay homage to the beacons of excellence, turning the spotlight on 100% artisan panettone, one of the best-loved Italian products both at home and abroad.

Why did the Biasetto Panettone win?

The key to victory lies in the Biasetto philosophy, a method whose roots run deep in Italy’s confectionery tradition, embodied in the continuous pursuit of the best production methods and best ingredients. As Biasetto puts it, the secret lies in “never feeling like you’ve reached your peak, in the desire to keep improving, pushing every boundary and approaching each as a new challenge, a new starting point, because excellence knows no bounds.”


An exciting victory announced by the lead judge Iginio Massari, heading up a panel comprising distinguished exponents of journalism and showbiz personalities like Alessandro Borghese, Ludovica Comello, Giuseppe Cruciani, Diletta Leotta, Trio Medusa, Pierluigi Padro and Pupo.
