JAMS AND MARMALADES

Our jams and marmalades are “Premium” in quality and taste! They contain more than 70% fresh fruit picked at the peak of ripeness. With no thickeners, acidity regulators or preservatives.

Our secret lies in the slow-and-steady simmering and small batches, and in the gentle stirring while they cook. These are all steps in an artisan process carried out by hand, allowing us to retain all the aromatic qualities and nutritional properties intact, with a generous helping of TLC, just the way our grandmothers used to do things.

SPREADS

Pared back. Just a handful of ingredients and a little sugar to allow the main ingredient to shine.

We select only the best ingredients for our spreads: “Pistacchio Verde di Bronte DOP” PDO (protected designation of origin) Pistachios for our Pistachio Spread; Nacional Forastero cacao from Ecuador and “Nocciola Piemonte IGP” PGI (protected geographical indication) hazelnuts from Piedmont for our Dark chocolate hazelnut spread; Forastero cacao from Ghana and PGI Piedmont hazelnuts for our Milk chocolate hazelnut spread.
