Want to find out how to tell whether a panettone is the genuine skilfully crafted artisan article? Come and join us on Saturday 14 and Sunday 15 December at Artisti del Panettone, the second edition of the multimedia event promoting the culture of artisan panettone, being held in the delightful venue that is Milan’s Palazzo Bovara building.

We hope to see good numbers on Saturday at 9.30am when Luigi Biasetto will be meeting with mayor Sala and Chef Alessandro Borghese to kick off the event together with the school kids who will be introduced to the ten ingredients for success, the cornerstones of the Biasetto method, namely the qualities that will allow them to be the artisans of tomorrow.

The eminent judge of this year’s edition, Luigi Biasetto — winner of the first edition with his extraordinary rendition of Milan’s traditional panettone — will be judging the panettones submitted by the competing Chefs together with expert journalists Pier Bergonzi, Daniele Miccione, Niccolò Vecchia, Matteo Dore, Lydia Capasso, Bibi Velluzzi, Lorenzo Astori e Massimo Arcidiacono con la supervisione tecnica affidata a Matteo Cunsolo and Carlo Freni.

So expect two days packed with surprises, sweet temptations, thrills, tastings, and face-to-faces with grand masters of pastry. A must-see event that we’ll be attending with our sensational chocolate and classic panettones, which are among our shop’s bestsellers. What are you waiting for?
