We’re so happy to be back on the Artisti del Panettone podium, placing second with our Milanese Panettone, following up on our first place in 2018 and the honour of heading up the judging panel in 2019.

This podium placing is the umpteenth demonstration that continuing to seek out the best ingredients, even with the global market experiencing major change, is indeed the key to success. 

Alongside Biasetto, 13 of Italy’s best pastry chefs, all of a very similar extremely high standard.
 Congratulations to Vincenzo Santoro, the overall winner for 2020, Biasetto’s fellow contender in this 2020 adventure, which saw them work together on making the PanPadano.

Artisti del Panettone Biasetto takes the Podium

Our Milanese panettone gets the gold medal at Artisti del Panettone, the competition that rewards the best traditional low unglazed panettone, organized in partnership with Italian newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport. Sitting on the judging panel, a team of food industry experts and journalists, led by head judge and outgoing champion Vincenzo Santoro.
