Papàmio Cake

Happy Father’s Day , in all the languages of the world with our Papàmio cake.

Criollo chocolate mousse from Venezuela, vanilla crème brûlé on a gianduia base with whole hazelnuts, the finest hazelnut: Tonda Gentile delle Langhe. A reassuringly shaped, protective cake with a strong flavour to celebrate Dad in all the languages of the world.

Father’s Casket

A milk chocolate casket encloses chocolate hearts:

  • Red heart with green Bronte pistachio and almond.
  • Milk core with hazelnut cream and Tonda Gentile delle Langhe hazelnut kernels.
  • Dark heart with crunchy almond praline.

Available in pastry shop and online with Italy-wide delivery, in large or small versions.

Father’s Macaron 

Our macaroons with strong flavours. A 70% Peruvian chocolate creamy, with 12 hours of smoking for a light smoky note. A sweet heart: a drizzle of caramel creamy. The crispy shells make this macaron unmistakable.

Biasetto Cigar

The must-have, filled with hazelnut cremino and chopped hazelnuts, wrapped in a light, crumbly biscuit wafer. A symbol of wisdom and elegance, our cigars can be addictive, providing moments of pure joy.

Zeppole

An old recipe for Father’s Day.

The first recipe for zeppole, typical Neapolitan sweets, dates back to 1837. It is said that on 19 March, the fryers publicly performed on the streets, in homage to the legend that Saint Joseph was a fryer out of family necessity.

19 March is also the day to celebrate the end of winter. Even today, in many southern Italian towns, large bonfires are lit around which zeppole are enjoyed.

Every year we renew this tradition, offering eight types of zeppole.

From the classic fried zeppola that interprets recipes handed down from generations of zeppolari; to baked zeppole.

Light and delicate, our collection of zeppole will win you over with delicious and original fillings.

  • Zeppola tradizionale: custard and black cherries in syrup.
    The classic Neapolitan ones, according to a traditional recipe.
  • Zeppola Siciliana: with sheep’s milk ricotta and candied orange fillet. A speciality that smells of the Mediterranean.
  • Zeppola al tiramisù: mascarpone cream and a soft heart of espresso coffee ladyfingers. Heady flavours and textures of a great Italian classic.
  • Zeppola allo zabaione e crema “chantilly” al caffè:two creams, two flavours: the epitome of goodness.
  • Zeppola alla nocciola: Piedmont Hazelnut PGI mousse and toffee caramel. Round and aromatic flavour.
  • Zeppola al pistacchio: pistachio cream from Bronte and pure chocolate cream from Peru. Precious ingredients in an exclusive flavour combination.
  • Zeppola al Grand Marnier: Chantilly’ cream perfumed with Grand Marnier. A touch of French inspiration.
  • Zeppola al cioccolato e spuma di panna: decorated with chocolate icing and cocoa bean crunch. Dedicated to chocolate connoisseurs.
