We present our Easter 2025 collection. This year the central theme is colour, expressed in all its nuances to convey joy, peace and happiness.

Our handcrafted creations are ready to colour your tables with taste and refinement.

Colombe

TRADITIONAL COLOMBA

This dove preserves the tradition of the Easter cake, enhanced by the best ingredients from Italy

Here our mother yeast is at its best, expressing its unique aromatic characteristics in the combination with fresh butter from the Asiago plateau, Calabrian orange, Amalfi lemon and vanilla. In closing, an Amaretto-based glaze, enriched with almonds from Puglia, completes the journey into Italian excellence.

APRICOT AND CHOCOLATE COLOMBA

In a classic colomba dough, we added a chocolate and cream sauce for extreme softness.

Here, the scents of sourdough enhance those of pure chocolate of Equador origin, recognisable by its red hues. To further enhance it, we chose a berry infusion to give it a bouquet of floral scents. We then chose apricots, here candied at low temperature, very soft on the palate.

Chocolate and apricot, one of the most famous partnerships of all time, a combination that has thrilled with Sacher for centuries.

FLEUR DE SEL CARAMEL COLOMBA

A very soft sourdough dough meets fleur de sel caramel and an excellent blend of vanilla: Madagascar, Papua and Tahiti.
The queen of hazelnuts, the Tonda Gentile delle Langhe, enriches and embellishes.
The result is a magic of original scents and delicious textures, which fascinates and surprises the palate.
