Our\u00a0Milanese panettone<\/strong> gets the gold medal\u00a0at Artisti del Panettone<\/a>,\u00a0the competition that rewards the best traditional low unglazed panettone, organized in partnership with Italian newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport<\/strong>. The weekend organized in honour of the King of the Christmas festivities was part of the “Happy Natale Happy Panettone”<\/strong> initiative, whose aim is to promote panettone, organized by\u00a0the commerce body Confcommercio Milano<\/strong>\u00a0in conjunction with the associations\u00a0MNcomm and APCI<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 the professional association of Italian chefs \u2014 sponsored by the Lombardy District Council, Milan City Council and Milano Monza Brianza Lodi Chamber of Commerce, with the backing of the Fiera Milano exhibition centre.<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Out of all the panettone<\/strong> competitions out there, we’ve only ever chosen to compete in this one by virtue of its hallmark competence and professionalism. Leading the proceedings, a panel comprising top professionals well qualified to assess the qualities of an artisan product<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

We’re very proud of this victory for the\u00a0Biasetto<\/strong> brand, our panettone was the last to undergo the taste test, the most unfavourable place to be in: judging the last up after 13 panettone tastings is quite the task!<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

With this pride comes acknowledgement of the great value of all our fellow chefs: and we’re not saying that just because it’s the done thing, but because the quality of the panettone contenders was truly next level. Luigi Biasetto was joined on the podium by his peers\u00a0Salvatore De Riso<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Mattia Premoli<\/strong>.<\/p>
