Our Colomba cake is the embodiment of all things Italian.
Made with only Italian ingredients, like our hundred-year-old sourdough starter, free-range eggs from Italian farms, simmered candied oranges from Calabria, and almonds from Bari, which combine to create a unique taste and flavour experience that will leave a lasting impression on your palate.
We recommend leaving the Colomba cake to age gracefully in its sealed packaging for 3 or 4 weeks to get the full fragrance and flavour.
